Garden Stack

Garden Stack explores a compact residential unit that brings the essentials of everyday living into a small, comfortable space. The unit becomes the basis of a larger composition, with repeated rectangular volumes stacked and offset to create a stepped building profile.

This arrangement gives each home a recognisable presence and introduces terraces and planted setbacks between enclosed spaces. Large glazed openings connect the homes to the city, while deep façade frames give each unit depth and definition.

Concrete-toned surfaces, warm timber details and integrated planting soften the repetition. At street level, trees, seating and active frontages connect the building to its neighbourhood, placing compact private homes within a wider urban setting.
